OUR COMPANY HISTORY 

Tech Assurance has a rich history in the printer management industry. We began as Discount Imaging in 1995, operating from a small office in West Monroe, Louisiana. Recognizing the essential role of printing devices in businesses, we evolved into a trusted provider of comprehensive printer management and maintenance solutions.



Our focus is to deliver cost-effective and efficient printing hardware and software solutions to our customers. As a proud partner of HP, Xerox, Brother, and Lexmark, we are committed to bringing the most reliable and effective printing services to businesses of all sizes.

Paul Moreau, CEO

Our CEO and Co-founder Paul has an eye for sales and efficiency. With over 30 years of experience, he has the knowledge to solve your business' issues. 

Tim Kerry, CFO 

Tim's first venture into the copier business was 30 years ago. As one of our co-founders, he has helped grow all of our offices into what they are today! 

Jordan Price, Sales Manager 

As head of customer acquisition, Jordan is focused on bringing the best new technology to every customer. He leads the sales staff to allow for savings and peace of mind for each business.
